We collect the following personal data when you contact us, complete a booking form, or use our website:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country of residence
• Medical/dental information: dental photos, X-rays, CT scans, treatment descriptions you choose to share for your free assessment
• Booking information: selected treatment, preferred travel dates, number of companions
• Payment information: processed securely via PayPal/Stripe — we do not store card details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via analytics tools)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To prepare and send you a personalised dental treatment plan and quote
• To coordinate your clinic appointments, hotel, and transfers
• To communicate with you about your booking and aftercare
• To improve our website and services (aggregated, anonymised analytics)
• To send you relevant updates about dental tourism, if you opt in

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share your relevant data (name, dental records, treatment plan) with our partner dental clinics in Istanbul solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your treatment. These clinics are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for your treatment.

We use the following service providers who may process your data: PayPal / Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (anonymised website analytics), WhatsApp Business (communication).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for 3 years after your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted. Dental records are retained for 5 years per standard medical record requirements. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”); object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format. Contact care@smilesturkey.vip to exercise any of these rights.
